Do I have to be a mom?
No, this is is suitable for any woman who is short on time and wants to work towards a healthier and active lifestyle.

How do I pay?
The link will create a subscription and the money will automatically be taken off your account at the start date or the discounted rate will take the full amount off for the 3 months.There is a 3 month binding period, and then termination with one months notice. Subscription will continue until you cancel

Do I need a gym membership?
No gym membership is required, you can complete this program at home with the recommenced equipment.

I have some special requirements / injuries, can you still help me?
Yes I can still help you, you will receive a questionnaire giving me all relevant information I need from you.
