I supply you with a healthy well-balanced diet that will be tweaked specifically on how your body reacts. My diets include Marco and calories calculations for flexible dieting, awesome recipes and a structured plan.

Goal Specific Training Program

My training programs can be customised for every woman with any goal whether it be weight loss, weight gain, muscle gain or even toning.

I have done the boring “prep” diets as well as the more flexible diets. I believe in making health and fitness a lifestyle that can be followed everyday. Making it a lifestyle allows you to not have to give up everything you like and still reach your goals, it’s a much more sustainable way of living. I want to help you enjoy and love your food again.
Training doesn’t have to be hours and hours long for it to be effective, we don’t have to kill ourselves to know that it’s working. My workouts are all 45 min to an hour max. The workouts that we created are for you to enjoy!

I have been helping women all of South Africa and in fact the world to reach their health and fitness goals. I believe in making my plans simple to follow, delicious and most importantly, fit into your lifestyle. My diet plans have delicious recipes, macro and caloric breakdowns and an awesome swap out feature. This makes it super easy to have a flexible diet or follow a structured plan! My training plans are also made according to your goals and the specific equipment you have access to! I help with many factors like goals setting, accountability, stress management, sleep management, supplement and shopping guides, workout videos and one on one WhatsApp contact with me.
